  • Proven decision-making abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a high-production environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of the necessary equipment for production.
  • Ability to respond swiftly and effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Experience with federal regulations.
  • Familiarity with relevant standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent team-building capabilities.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions.
  • Proven ability to manage, supervise, schedule, and delegate tasks on large and complex projects.
