Financial Controller - Construction Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Heico Construction Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our accounting and internal control processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the general ledger, project accounting, and job cost ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Lead the financial/accounting department, providing direction and guidance to team members.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, communicating results to the management team.
  • Partner with the operational team to develop full and complete monthly financial forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Contribute to the company's strategic planning efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of eight years of increasing financial accounting expertise.
  • CPA certification and advanced experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to stakeholders.
