Role Summary: In the capacity of a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in propelling our business forward by pinpointing and qualifying prospective clients for our services. Your main duty will be to cultivate and manage leads through diverse channels, ensuring a consistent flow of potential clients for our sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who possess a strong enthusiasm for sales and a commitment to contributing to the success of a burgeoning company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Development: Discover potential clients through thorough research, networking, and outreach initiatives. Leverage various platforms (social media, online directories, etc.) to create leads.
  • Lead Assessment: Engage with potential clients to evaluate their needs, determine their interest, and collect pertinent information to relay to the sales team.
  • Data Organization: Keep precise records of leads, interactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to formulate strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Prospect Follow-up: Conduct follow-up communications with prospects to nurture leads and foster relationships.
  • Activity Reporting: Deliver regular updates on lead generation efforts, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a comparable sales position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
  • High motivation level and a results-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
