Your responsibilities will include developing and reviewing protocols for distribution and inventory oversight to ensure customer satisfaction while minimizing costs.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and plan the transportation of materials, ensuring the timely processing of customer orders, RMAs, and project shipments.
Maintain a strong focus on managing delivery, pickup, and drop-off schedules with vendors, utilizing both manual processes and digital platforms.
Organize and schedule both domestic and international shipments in collaboration with Freight Forwarders, Common Carriers, and Customs Brokers.Prepare shipments and implement measures to prevent quality control issues with Carriers and Forwarders.
Oversee activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Enhance shipping and transportation workflows.
Address challenges related to order flow, shipping delays, and quality control concerns, including damaged or improperly packaged goods, while managing daily warehouse capacity and client deadlines.
Track and trace all domestic and international shipments, ensuring exceptional service for both internal and external customers throughout the order processing cycle.Maintain continuous inventory control, including cycle counting and variance tracking, while striving for process improvements to achieve inventory accuracy and turnover rates. Conduct quarterly inventory reviews for management.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple processes.
Experience with ERP systems and a solid understanding of logistics software (WMS/TMS); familiarity with SAP is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in logistics coordination.
Customer service experience is preferred.
