Position: Loaner Vehicle Operations Specialist
Full-Time Role
Schedule:
Monday – Wednesday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: OFF

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise registration and inspection records for the loaner vehicle fleet at all times.
  • Ensure the continuous availability of all vehicles designated for loan purposes.
  • Regularly inspect and assess vehicle conditions, performing repairs and maintenance as scheduled.
  • Guarantee that all loaner vehicles are accompanied by an accurate and current loaner contract when issued.
  • Monitor and verify that all non-contracted vehicles are present and ready for loan.
  • Conduct daily reviews of open loaner contracts to ensure agreements do not exceed 25 days.
  • Establish and uphold a reporting and record-keeping system for warranty reimbursements from loaner agreements within the warranty department.
  • Provide weekly updates on aged loaner agreements to management to minimize customer loan duration and maximize warranty reimbursements per vehicle each month.
  • Assist with the drop-off and pick-up of loaner vehicles for guests when necessary.
  • Implement and maintain a daily process with valets to ensure loaner vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each loan and immediately upon return, ready for the next guest.
  • Provide backup and support to the team in completing daily loaner agreements and processing.
  • Manage tickets and toll collections on all loaner vehicles, ensuring all tolls and tickets are collected and followed up on until resolved.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records in the TSD system, including monthly reviews and comparisons of the on/off fleet log with TSD listed vehicles.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach essential for success in this role.
