Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team, working nights. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care activities, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BLS certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.
