About the Role:

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team of highly skilled clinicians at Piedmont Eastside Medical Center and Emory Decatur Hospital.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical management of critically ill neonates in our Level III NICUs
  • Collaborate with board-certified neonatologists and NNPs to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in neonatal critical care
