Job Summary:
Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for office visits by reviewing medical history, collecting vital signs, and documenting in the medical record.
Complete patient encounters, addressing care gaps and documenting responses to treatment.
Prepare rooms and equipment for procedures, assisting practitioners as needed.
Participate in emergency care, following established workflows and guidelines.
Educate patients on diagnostic studies and provide preparation materials according to guidelines.
Schedule appointments for lab, radiology, or specialty consultations as ordered by practitioners.

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing (LPN/LVN) program.
Practical Nurse License (Georgia) required at hire.
Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum six (6) months of healthcare experience preferred.
Customer service aptitude demonstrated through a Customer Service Assessment.
