Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Pediatrix Medical Group. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will provide medical management of critically ill neonates and newborn nursery care in our Level III NICU. Our team is committed to providing coordinated, compassionate, and clinically excellent services to women, babies, and children across the continuum of care.
Responsibilities
Provide medical management of critically ill neonates and newborn nursery care in our Level III NICU
Collaborate with our team of highly experienced, board-certified neonatologists and NNPs to provide comprehensive care to our patients
Work in-house 24/7 to ensure seamless care and coverage
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Qualifications
Current APRN national specialty certification
Minimum of a master's degree
Minimum of 2 years' experience in neonatal care
