Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Cambridge Post Acute Care Center.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing physical assessments, and developing care plans.
- Supervise nursing assistants and ensure they are following established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and surveys to maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance.
- Document resident care and treatment in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Nurse Supervisor or Administrator.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Good leadership qualities and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Organized and detailed in work performance.
- Good communication skills and self-discipline.
- Genuine caring for and interest in elderly and disabled people in a nursing facility.
