Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse to contribute to our team at Alpha-ohms Healthcare Llc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions, maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes to supervisors.
  • Document patient observations and discuss findings with supervisors, contributing to a culture of transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Georgia.
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
  • Valid driver's license and first aid/CPR certification.
