Position Summary: Corporate Sales Account Executive

Garrett Popcorn is on the lookout for a talented individual to join our expanding sales team as a Corporate Sales Account Executive. In this role, you will engage proactively with potential clients, discern their requirements, and offer expert advice on our product range. Reporting to the Corporate Director of Sales, you will represent our brand with professionalism and positivity. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance corporate sales revenue through strategic planning, relationship development, and exceptional service delivery. Utilizing your sales expertise, you will build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event coordinators, and group organizers to optimize revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to boost brand awareness, enhance the company's image, and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Analyze market competition to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate delivery timelines and pricing information.
  • Process orders and manage payments efficiently.
  • Participate in sales meetings and take ownership of sales enhancement initiatives and assigned tasks.
  • Address customer concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Foster strong relationships with current clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to potential clients, highlighting the unique offerings of Garrett Popcorn.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Attend local networking events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and expand your network.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • A positive attitude towards sales.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confidence and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various levels.
  • Adaptability to changing work environments.
  • Proficiency in general computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for negotiation and persuasion.
  • Experience with professional selling techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including during peak seasons.
  • Ability to travel locally as needed.
