Your Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    Guide and oversee a diverse group of professionals, nurturing a positive workplace culture and encouraging innovation. Implement training and performance management initiatives to foster continuous development.
  • Sales Strategy:
    Formulate and execute sales plans aimed at driving revenue growth while mentoring the sales team to achieve success. Build robust customer relationships to adapt to changing client needs.
  • Operational Oversight:
    Manage daily transportation and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with various departments to enhance processes and optimize supply chain management.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership. Identify areas for process improvement and cost efficiency, maintaining accountability for sales growth and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in sales, operations, and supply chain management within the oil and gas distribution sector.
  • At least five (5) years of leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT compliance and FMCSA safety regulations.
  • Technical proficiency in operations and logistics management.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, operations, or supply chain is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
