Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Services team at Georgia-Pacific. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support for our building products, including gypsum, structural panels, and lumber.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process product warranty claims using critical and economic thinking
  • Communicate claim status updates to customers and resolve related issues
  • Track and analyze claims data to identify trends and maintain accurate records
  • Provide technical support for customers, including data-based solutions
  • Capture and enter accurate customer records into CRM
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of related work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Travel 15%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in commercial construction engineering, design, building science, consulting, technical support, or building products
  • Claims management experience
  • Data analysis skills
