Program Director

Boys & Girls Club Crescent Region is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to oversee the delivery of all program areas within the Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing program implementation, supervising program staff, and performing other related administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs that align with the Club's mission and goals
  • Supervise and support program staff to ensure high-quality programming
  • Collaborate with the Campus Director to ensure a comprehensive range of pro-social and youth development opportunities
  • Provide orientation and goal setting for all Club members
  • Manage and delegate responsibilities to program staff
  • Meet with volunteers and orientate them to the Club environment
  • Ensure planned programs, services, and activities are implemented in accordance with organizational mission, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development or a related field
  • 2-3 years of program delivery experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with a diverse population of youth ages 4 to 18
  • Management and supervisory experience
  • Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certification
Working Conditions:

The Program Director will work in an after-school/recreational setting, with occasional weekend and evening work to support organization's fundraising events and activities.
