Job Summary

The Program Director will oversee the operations of assigned sites, leading quality management activities, collaborating with community stakeholders, and working with senior leadership to build and maintain exceptional mental health programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between NewPsych's senior management and assigned facilities.
  • Plan, schedule, and implement partial-care, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs.
  • Recruit, attract, and retain high-quality staff for the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Oversee budgets and ensure timely completion of accreditation and analysis paperwork.
  • Develop strategic plans and policies for improved quality and work with management to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or management/human resources training.
  • Maryland full licensure in good standing.
  • At least five years of experience in implementing mental health programs on the clinical level.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and with both the community and senior management.
  • Outstanding organization and leadership abilities, as well as communication skills.
