Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Music Director to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education and performance, with a focus on organ and piano playing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide instrumental music for worship services, including preludes, postludes, and congregational singing.
  • Coordinate with the Pastor to select music for each service and special events.
  • Rehearse with the choir prior to services and provide guidance on music selection and performance.
  • Develop and promote the choral ministry program in the chapel community.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate with a minimum of two years of music education and/or experience.
  • Strong knowledge of hymnal background, organ and piano playing, and church music literature.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
