Position Overview

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our Midwest region to drive sales and expand our market presence across 12 states. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing agreements
  • Track and report on sales performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams
  • Conduct regular sales calls and client follow-ups
  • Travel extensively throughout the Midwest region (up to 80% of the time)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the flooring or interior design industry
  • Previous experience as an A&D or flooring representative is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to travel extensively within the Midwest region (80% travel by car or air)
  • Candidates must pass a drug screen and satisfactory background check
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
