About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Bradford Health Services. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and referral sources
  • Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to promote our programs and services
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
  • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce, with experience in CRM systems a plus
