  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Maintain the store's cleanliness, cookie quality, and customer service.
  • Training and Development: Train bakers and shift leads on store operations and Crumbl policies.
  • Problem-Solving: Contact frustrated customers and resolve problems.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of retail/food management experience
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for the majority of the day
  • Ability to work weekends (excluding Sundays)
