  • Determine inventory levels and compile orders to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure center employees maintain a clean and organized facility.
  • Responsible for freezer management, including plasma shipments and equipment failures.
  • Construct and submit timely and accurate reports.
  • Develop and implement active donor recruitment advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain thorough familiarity with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Direct key personnel in donor selection, plasma collection, and manufacturing records.
  • Control center donor funds and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Minimize center liability through risk management review and investigation of unsafe situations.
  • Direct and monitor the performance of outside vendors.
  • Review and monitor special projects for accuracy and timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as Science, Business, Nursing, or Finance.
