About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Market Leader to lead our Eastern US operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of high-profile design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive top-line sales growth and client satisfaction.
  • Lead client relationship development activities, working closely with client managers, project managers, and business development teams.
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple, high-profile design projects, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and lead a top-in-class design and production team, focusing on talent development, retention, and recruitment.
  • Drive operational excellence, including profitability, operational efficiency, resource management, and quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other market leaders, engineering, business development, and marketing teams to drive success across the entire buildings team at RS&H.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant field of study.
  • Professional registration required.
  • 12+ years of increasing responsibility in building design, with a focus on aviation; aviation studio leadership preferred.
  • Project management experience on multiple aviation terminal projects.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to oversee the operation of a successful business unit.
  • Deep understanding of project management and client management principles.
  • Collaboration and communication skills, with a high desire and ability to engage at all levels.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to continually learn, grow, and leverage talents to create great impact for our associates and clients.
