Overview:
As a key member of the Global Programs team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders worldwide to facilitate and support the execution of webinars and roadshow events. Your role will involve partnering with field marketing teams to implement comprehensive programs utilizing consistent go-to-market messaging through standardized initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to engage directly with teams across field marketing, global campaigns, digital marketing, partner marketing, customer marketing, and sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in managing project timelines for Global Webinars and Roadshows, ensuring deliverables and milestones are tracked and tasks are completed punctually.
  • Support the activation of webinar and roadshow events across multiple marketing channels, including paid, organic, email, sales outreach, and social media.
  • Oversee the execution of global webinars utilizing the On24 platform and maintain our centralized webinar hub (training on the platform will be provided).
  • Coordinate the distribution and entry of leads generated from various marketing tactics into Salesforce to ensure timely follow-up and validation.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of our global field standardization program guide, known as 'Anything in a Box'.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, webinar, and CRM platforms (experience with Marketo, On24, and Salesforce is preferred).
  • Proficient in data management tools (experience with Tableau and 6sense is highly desirable).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to manipulate data, analyze results, and derive key insights for ongoing optimization.
Compensation:
The compensation range provided is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably anticipates for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
