Global Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Coordinator to join our team at LTD Global, LLC. This is a part-time role that requires the ability to work weekends and be on call to proactively support the CEO's weekend travel needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide weekend on-call travel coordination and management support to the CEO.
  • Manage the booking, rebooking, and/or rescheduling of flights, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and/or ground transportation as needed.
  • Follow up on all flights 24 to 48 hours prior to departure to ensure accuracy and that there are no issues.
  • Proactively track flights for delays and cancellations and help the CEO find alternative arrangements.
  • Work to resolve issues at the earliest level before escalating to the Executive Assistant's and/or the CEO's attention.
  • Maintain the CEO's history of travel-related preferences (likes/dislikes, airline and hotel membership numbers, dietary restrictions).
  • Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of travel coordination experience.
  • Executive Assistant (C-Suite) experience preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends and be on call.
  • Associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
  • Detailed oriented with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
