Hourly Compensation: $11.75

Work Schedule: 1st/2nd shifts; availability required for weekends and holidays.

Prerequisite: Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving history.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Welcome and guide guests to their accommodations. Open entrances and assist visitors as they arrive and depart from the establishment. Provide information regarding the amenities, services, operational hours, and local attractions. Clarify and demonstrate room features to guests (e.g., room key usage, mini-bar, ice and vending locations, in-room safe, valet laundry options). Manage the transportation of guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas. Aid in luggage storage and retrieval. Assist guests/visitors with vehicle entry and exit, including helping with luggage loading and unloading. Offer directions to guests. Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi, shuttle, limousine) for guests/visitors, and document advance transportation requests as necessary.

Communicate parking protocols to guests/visitors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
  • Remain vigilant regarding any undesirable individuals on the property.
  • Ensure that uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Greet and acknowledge all guests, proactively addressing their service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and expressing gratitude to guests sincerely.
  • Communicate with others using clear and professional language, and answer phones with appropriate etiquette.
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
