Key Responsibilities:
The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in establishing a welcoming and caring atmosphere for both internal and external guests. Success in this position hinges on ensuring complete guest satisfaction through efficient check-in and check-out processes, addressing and resolving guest-related issues, providing property and destination insights, and proactively responding to guest needs. The hotel's success relies on cultivating long-lasting relationships with our guests, and the individual selected for this role will be integral to this foundation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Exceptional communication and hospitality skills are essential.
