Key Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and contributing to the success of our organization through the following tasks:
  • Ensure every interaction with guests is positive and memorable, assisting with check-ins and check-outs while addressing their needs.
  • Accurately enter and maintain information in the computerized reservation system.
  • Utilize the reservation system to manage unit availability and assist guests with their bookings or modifications.
  • Generate invoices and process payments for rentals and merchandise.
  • Oversee safety deposit box management.
  • Handle housekeeping and maintenance requests, coordinating with the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies and preparing arrival packets.
  • Provide guests with information about local attractions and resort amenities.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports for management as required.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor. To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong English language skills for effective communication with guests, owners, and colleagues.
  • Availability to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer service, cash handling, and data entry is required.
It is beneficial for candidates to demonstrate:
  • Prior experience in hospitality or front desk roles.
  • Bilingual abilities.
