The Guest Services Coordinator will also be responsible for generating reports, managing special projects, and assisting with various tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Front Office Manager in supervising and coordinating reception operations.
- Offer leadership and direction to the reception team, ensuring outstanding guest service.
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to enhance the capabilities of reception staff.
- Prepare and maintain precise reports related to reception activities and performance metrics.
- Manage special projects and tasks as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to company standards for guest check-in, check-out, and reservation protocols.
- Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate reception coverage.
