Key Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional service during check-in and check-out processes, ensuring each guest feels valued and welcomed.
  • Accurately entering and updating guest information in our reservation system.
  • Assisting guests with reservations and modifications as needed.
  • Generating invoices and processing payments for services rendered.
  • Maintaining safety deposit box records.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests.
  • Keeping the front desk area stocked with necessary supplies and preparing welcome packets for arrivals.
  • Offering information about local attractions and resort amenities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Preparing correspondence and reports for management as required.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor. To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in customer service, cash handling, and data entry.
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles.
  • Bilingual abilities.
