Key Responsibilities- Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates for various roles across departments.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive networking, job boards, and recruitment events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Implement best practices in recruitment strategies to promote diversity, inclusion, and equity in hiring.
- Community Building:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with external communities, including universities, industry associations, local organizations, and professional groups.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by representing Centific at local events, industry conferences, job fairs, and meetups.
- Coordinate and participate in community outreach initiatives, such as speaking engagements, workshops, and networking events, to build visibility and connections within the community.
- Collaborate with external partners to organize events that promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and talent engagement.
- Build and maintain communication channels with external groups, ensuring alignment with Centific's values and goals.
- Support the development of strategic partnerships with local organizations to create a pipeline of future talent and strengthen Centific's presence in the community.
- Internal Engagement:
- Work closely with internal teams to align external community-building activities with company objectives and culture.
- Coordinate internal participation in community events, encouraging team members to engage with external networks.
- Gather feedback from the external community to help inform recruitment strategies and company branding efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, community management, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with external organizations and community leaders.
- Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Experience organizing and participating in community or industry events.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience with external community engagement, event planning, or public speaking.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in recruitment and community-building efforts.
- Experience building relationships with universities, local organizations, and industry associations.
- Experience working in tech or startup environments is a plus.
