Job Title: Administrative Assistant 3 or Executive Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Aston Carter. As an Executive Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing complex administrative support to all levels of management, including external business partners.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing business expenses
- Coordinating meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations
- Managing procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships
- Providing general office support and serving as the department/group contact
- Completing special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience with Outlook Calendaring
- Minimum of 5 years of senior administrative or Executive Assistant experience
- Minimum 4 years experience managing headcount and/or providing team support
- Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Prior client experience required, ideally 2+ years but open to 18+ months

Work Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Redmond, Washington and some days remote. The standard schedule is Monday - Friday, 40 hours with potential overtime.
