Job Overview

Scion Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize job postings to attract top talent across multiple markets.
  • Administer and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure efficient and streamlined hiring processes.
  • Conduct active and passive sourcing of candidates to build a strong pipeline.
  • Screen and assess candidates for cultural alignment and qualifications fit.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to coordinate final interviews.
  • Oversee pre-boarding tasks, including offer letters, background checks, and compliance documentation.
  • Organize and facilitate orientation to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update departmental processes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting, with proven ATS proficiency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in candidate sourcing on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn, with knowledge of HIPAA best practices for handling confidential information.
What We Offer

In addition to a competitive base salary of $70,000 to $90,000, this role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including substantial company contributions toward customizable health insurance plans, fully covered dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, company-paid life insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program offering counseling and additional resources.
