Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement industry-best-in-class process knowledge to re-engineer processes, making them self-serve and lean.
  • Transformation and Innovation: Ideate, transform, and re-structure existing and new programs from a delivery lens, unlocking business value and elevating administrative functions to market differentiation.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Define, coordinate, and execute go-to-market strategies and programs for cloud and off-cloud solutions, participating in RFI/RFPs and orals.
  • Client Partnership: Engage with client business partners, stakeholders, and M&A teams to incubate newly acquired or created products, create target operating models, and bring strategic perspectives to growth and value addition.
Delivery and Operations:
  • Team Management: Direct a team of senior Track Leads, Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and Group Managers of large-scale, complex global projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Manage critical path to delivery of project objectives, engaging with stakeholders and critically assessing requirements, ensuring projects meet success parameters and ROI targets.
  • Risk Management: Effectively assess and resolve high-priority project risks, maintaining collaborative and trusting relationships with stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in an established Service organization, with 18-23 years of leadership experience managing multiple delivery teams globally.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in Digital Transformation implementation, working in complex IT environments, and detecting revenue recognition issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, with the ability to influence at a senior level, and foster strong partnering relationships with sales and internal departments.
