Position Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator will leverage their analytical skills to manage various HR functions, including benefits administration, leave management, and employee separations. This role also involves implementing creative initiatives to enhance employee engagement through organized events.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key contact for field and plant personnel to ensure clarity and adherence to HR policies and benefits.
  • Assist in the execution of manual updates, including pay adjustments, termination processes, and changes to employee information.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR databases utilized by the organization.
  • Ensure timely scanning and indexing of employee documentation for personnel files.
  • Coordinate and manage company activities and events to promote team cohesion.
  • Participate in the administration of employee benefits and the annual enrollment process.
  • Conduct new employee orientations, including scheduling necessary assessments and disseminating essential information.
  • Collaborate with management to complete compliance documentation as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects with shifting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and initiative.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, policies, and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably JD Edwards and Success Factors.
