About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Success Partner to join our Sales team at Abnormal Security. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, retention, and overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations concerns, questions, and guidance across the organization. Conduct and lead escalated investigations, partner with Legal/Compliance, and oversee involuntary separations.
  • Operations: Become an expert on our people processes, policies, and systems, and help maintain and consolidate employee resources. Train managers on People systems, programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Data/Analytics: Identify trends and themes across the team, recommend modifications to existing People programs and processes, and help identify new opportunities for the People Team initiatives.
  • Culture Champion: Be a champion and advocate of our mission, values, and culture by fostering values-driven solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of relevant Employee Relations or Human Resources experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven HR experience
  • Ability to lead change and work effectively with cross-functional partners

What We Offer:

At Abnormal Security, we offer a competitive salary range of $129,900-$152,800 USD, bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
