Job Title: Global People Business Partner

Vimeo is seeking a highly skilled Global People Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our global Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic People Leadership: Partner with senior leaders in Product and Engineering to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing complex employee relations issues and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Talent Management and Development: Collaborate with leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Change Management: Support the business through organizational change, including restructuring, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other functional and global HR Business Partners and our Centers of Excellence (COE's) to ensure cohesive HR practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on supporting technical and engineering functions.
  • Deep understanding of the technology and engineering sectors, including trends, challenges, and best practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders.
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience with global HR systems, processes, and compliance.
  • High level of integrity, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What We Offer:

Vimeo offers a competitive salary range of $117,000.00 to $178,000.00, depending on experience and location. We also offer a wide range of benefits and perks, including bonus or commission, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), paid time off, generous 401k match, wellbeing resources, and more.
