Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to provide solutions to employee-related matters, maintaining a balance between being a strategic business partner and employee champion.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to ensure Warner Bros. Discovery remains an employer of choice.
  • Support our Consumer Digital, Product & Data teams, which consist of technology teams that help build and maintain digital products for CNN, Bleacher Report, DC Comics, OWN, WBD Lifestyle brands such as Food Network Kitchen, HGTV, and more.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR community to provide seamless support and guidance to the business.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience within Human Resources, in a full Business Partner capacity.
  • Experience with a wide range of HR, critical thinking, and business advisory skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence others into action and think creatively about solutions.
  • Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to continuously learn and grow and develop.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees.
  • Good judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company and employees.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of compensation and benefits practices.
  • Experience in working with a culturally diverse workforce.
  • Knowledge of national, state, and local Employee and Labor Relations practices, laws, and regulations.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time, and vacation.

Pay Range: $95,177.45 per year.
