Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the President and CEO's calendar, events, and deadlines efficiently
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Assist in organizing various meetings and events, including board meetings
- Record minutes and maintain board-related information
- Provide executive support by processing payroll, tracking PTO, and managing office tasks
- Maintain personnel records, facilitate administrative meetings, and perform other necessary duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-7 years of executive administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Experience in healthcare or senior living settings is preferred
