About the Role

Henderson Glass is seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely order delivery, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process transactions, manage cash handling, and complete daily cash out procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranties to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints, both in person and over the phone, and work to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, and photocopying, as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in the glass industry, preferably in commercial and/or residential glass, is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (not required for all positions).
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs (at times).
