About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our Families Work program at Northern Rivers Family of Services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with families to provide intensive services and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide weekly sessions with clients, focusing on strengths, risk factors, and service needs.
  • Facilitate parent education groups using evidence-based curricula, such as Incredible Years and Active Parenting.
  • Collaborate with the Program Coordinator to ensure seamless case management and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance service delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field from a registered graduate school program.
  • 0-2 years of post-masters experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and curricula.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
