A minimum of one year of experience in acute care is preferred. Current BLS certification is mandatory. • Create a personalized Patient Care Plan (PCP) based on patient assessments, adhering to nursing practice standards and protocols, with realistic measurable outcomes and timelines for goal achievement based on patient condition and age.
• Implement patient care as outlined in the PCP and monitor patient responses to interventions.
• Delegate patient care tasks to non-RN staff and oversee the care they provide.
• Assess and evaluate patient care, ensuring timely achievement of outcomes with input from relevant healthcare team members, including patients and families.

• Organize and communicate nursing assignments based on patient acuity and staff qualifications.
