We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at Northern Rivers Family of Services. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide home and community-based clinical services to participants and their family members in the Family Treatment Court program.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of parents and children to assess their mental health needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address mental health issues and substance use disorders.
- Provide ongoing case management and report progress to the Family Treatment Court team.
- Collaborate with substance use disorder treatment providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback on participant progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection as required.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
- At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting.
- Valid NYS driver's license.
