We are seeking a highly skilled Business and Sales Development Representative to join our team at AK Net INC.

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual with excellent communication skills to fill our Business and Sales Representative position.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and execute sales opportunities to maintain a solidified sales plan.
  • Build and represent client brands in a professional manner.
  • Market and sell products or services.
  • Mentorship of the existing team and potential new team members.
  • Continued education in promotional sales techniques and client campaign development.
  • Promote multiple promotional sales campaigns and manage existing accounts.
  • Learn existing promotional sales systems for assigned clients through leveled training and development.
  • Ensure compliance for local campaigns and research the assigned territory.
  • Attend promotional sales meetings and communicate new ideas and feedback regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer engagement, sales, market research or other related fields.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a transferrable major is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in teams and individually.
