Sales and Partnership Role

Laksan Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Sales and Partnerships Director to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to secure new clients.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and continuously identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in technology staffing and/or professional services sales.
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or similar majors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A sense of urgency, high standards of professionalism, and character are essential.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
