Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement effective menu plans, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Development: Manage and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including trainers, servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving guest complaints, handling feedback, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
