We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Capital One. As a key member of our Auto Finance business, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with dealerships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize communication skills to create strategic deals and goals with dealerships.
  • Review and analyze underwriting structures for Capital One Auto Finance.
  • Guide deals through the funding process and ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze territory production goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Partner with peers and teammates to achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services or Business to Business Sales.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, 2+ years of experience in Auto Finance, Customer Relations, or Customer Service.
