About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a welcoming and professional manner, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist customers with various tasks and transactions, including account management and cashiering functions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all interactions are positive and memorable.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods.
