About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Representative to join our Service Department team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide quotes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order required materials and hardware for installations and/or repairs.
  • Procure materials and track lead times.
  • Maintain constant communication and follow-up with customers and vendors.
  • Perform general office duties, including drafting communication, filing, and facility management.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of office and/or customer service experience in the HVAC industry, particularly in Refrigeration.
  • Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and time management capabilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
