VISION: Bohan & Bradstreet is a rapidly expanding healthcare organization that has achieved significant growth, reaching over 500 employees in under seven years. We are seeking a proactive leader in business administration and operations with the potential to evolve into a Chief Operating Officer role. This is a profitable, patient-centric organization with ambitious plans to exceed 1,000 employees in the next few years. We have recently relocated to a state-of-the-art corporate office.

OPPORTUNITY: Reporting directly to the CEO, you will hold comprehensive responsibility for all controls, policies, systems, practices, process enhancements, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment. The company is dedicated to ongoing growth and profitability. Here are several areas where you can make a significant impact:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO on strategic objectives, decision-making, and risk evaluation for operational functions to drive overall growth and profitability. The business is experiencing organic growth exceeding 25% annually.
  • Operational Management: Oversee and assess daily operations to guarantee the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services and patient care. Establish and uphold metrics and standards to evaluate overall operational efficiency. Act as the policy ambassador and maintain open communication with clients (e.g., hospitals, medical clinics, physicians), patients, and operational teams.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze the effectiveness of current business practices and implement enhancements to boost productivity and ensure timely service delivery. Communicate policies and directives to management and staff; cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Examples include: (1) Identify methods to improve customer service and satisfaction through ongoing development, ensuring a positive client experience; (2) Assess the need for software upgrades; (3) Develop a rewards program for leadership.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the annual budget, capital expenditures, cash flow, and treasury functions. Review financial data to make informed decisions that enhance profitability.
  • Client Relations: The CEO has traditionally led business development and client relations. This role will take on the responsibility of being the Client Lead for specific clients, focusing on ongoing administration and communication.

REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or Six Sigma certification is preferred. We seek candidates with 10+ years of business experience, including at least 4 years in an Operations or Finance Director role within a medical or professional services environment (e.g., information technology, home delivery, staffing agency). Candidates must be willing to work in the office four days a week. Relocation assistance is not available.

COMPENSATION: The salary range is $160,000 to $200,000, depending on experience, along with incentives and comprehensive benefits.
