Medical Call Center Representative
Compensation:
$19.65/hour
Work Schedule:
40 hours/week, 8am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service in a medical call center environment.
2. Handle incoming calls and assist with appointment scheduling.
3. Accurately enter patient information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
4. Maintain detailed records and generate necessary reports.
5. Collect and manage data efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a medical call center.
- Strong background in customer service.
- Previous experience in a medical facility or outpatient office is preferred.
- Familiarity with Epic software is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
